    • Free Standard Freight Shipping is Tailgate delivery. This means that the driver will bring the item(s) to the tailgate of the truck for you to unload. You must be available to take the item(s) from there. If you can handle this, shipping is completely free. Keep in mind that some items are heavy so make sure you have someone available to help, if needed. You can opt for a lift gate delivery to lower the item/items to the ground for an additional $100.00
    • Shipping Plus Lift Gate Delivery means the carrier will use a lift gate to lower your heavy item to the ground. You will then be responsible for moving it inside. This is available for an additional cost of 100.00. If you have a heavy item and nobody available to help get it off the truck then we suggest this option. If you require help bringing into your home we suggest the delivery option below,
    • Shipping Plus Lift Gate and Inside Delivery means the carrier will use a lift gate to lower the item and carry the item(s) through the threshold of your building. For residential deliveries, this means inside your garage or front door. They are not authorized to use stairs or elevators, nor will they place it in the room of your choice. This option cost 199.00. If you are unable to unload the item from the truck and unable to bring it in your home by yourself then we suggest this option.
    • Items typically ship in 5-7 business days except made to order items.
    • FedEx/UPS ground curbside delivery/drop-off
    • Some large products ship Freight/Curbside Delivery (if the product ships freight you will be contacted to schedule delivery time)
    • Note for out of stock items: If you order an item that is on back order you will be notified by email to inform you of the date the new shipment will arrive.

    Return and Refund Policy

    At TRFS, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you may return it for a refund of the merchandise total minus shipping charges within 48 hours of delivery. Return credits are issued as soon as the item is received and inspected. Please note all items have a 20% restocking fee for returns that are not returned due to damage , and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All you need to do is CONTACT US first for a Return Authorization Number, and then ship the item back to us in the same condition it was in when you received it (New, unused and in perfect condition in its original, unmarked packaging with all the paperwork for a refund). All returns require return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our company. No returns will be accepted without this number. If you item is not damaged you will be responsible for your shipping charges both inbound and outbound.

    Cancellations:

    Please Note that all orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee for orders cancelled within a 72 hours window of shipping once a delivery is scheduled for pick up. Orders are subject to this fee once the BOL (Bill Of Lading) has been created and/or once the item has been pulled for shipping. Some suppliers charge a cancellation fee once the item has been pulled for shipping. In these cases the restocking fee for cancellation is NON-Refundable.

     What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

    If your item arrives in the mail damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 48 hours so we may schedule a return, or send you replacement parts as soon as possible. If you ordered a large furniture item via Truck Freight or White Glove Delivery, and it arrived damaged, you must write"Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. If the package looks significantly damaged, you should refuse delivery. If this happens, please notify us immediately so we can expect your return shipment, and so we can reship you a new item. If you already accepted the delivery and noticed damage after your delivery driver has left, please contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS. We usually only have 48 hours to file freight damage claims with our carriers. Once notified, we will have our carrier contact you to pick up the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement as expeditiously as possible. If you do not notify us with 48 hours will be may be unable to except your return
